PTS Marketing Agency is looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. You’ll help shape strategies that generate qualified leads and meet ambitious ROI goals for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Optimize performance based on metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS)
• A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ads
• Provide regular reports and data-driven insights
• Research and implement new growth strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience running profitable ad campaigns
• Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
• Must have case studies or examples of past ad performance
