🧠 About the Role
PTS Marketing Agency is hiring a Project Manager (PM) to own execution across multiple client campaigns. This role sits at the center of delivery. You are responsible for keeping people, priorities, and timelines aligned so campaigns move from strategy to results without friction.
You will supervise active client projects, coordinate Paid Ads, Creative, and Sales pods, and ensure every deliverable is completed on time, to standard, and in line with client goals.
This is a leadership role with direct impact on client retention, delivery quality, and revenue performance.
🎯 Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project execution for assigned client pods
Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables across ads, creative, and sales functions
Run weekly team check-ins, progress reviews, and milestone tracking
Identify blockers early and take action to keep work moving
Ensure all work aligns with client goals, scope, and agreed timelines
Maintain accurate updates in project management tools and trackers
Communicate clearly with leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes
Uphold SOPs, quality standards, and internal delivery processes
