🧠 About the Role

PTS Marketing Agency is hiring Appointment Setters to connect with leads across active client campaigns, understand their needs, check fit against the client’s qualification criteria, and book appointments for our Sales Specialist team. This is an outreach and qualification role—not a closing role.

You’ll use approved scripts and campaign frameworks, keep accurate follow-up records in PTS systems, and update the team on activity, bookings, and blockers.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Reach leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other approved campaign channels.
• Follow the approved script and client-specific qualification framework without skipping required gates.
• Book appointments only when the campaign’s criteria are met, then submit them for supervisor confirmation.
• Log each interaction, outcome, and next step in Control Tower.
• Manage callbacks and follow-ups, and promptly escalate unclear criteria or issues.
• Send daily activity reports, including a zero report when there is no activity, and complete the weekly summary.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists and the supervisor to provide timely handoffs.

📈 Activity Expectations

Ramp target: 50 outreach actions and 15 Qualified Appointments per week. Full-quota target: 200 outreach actions and 60 Qualified Appointments per week. A Qualified Appointment must meet all required campaign gates and be confirmed by the supervisor. Campaign-specific instructions and lead mix may vary.
